A lack of direct feedback doesn’t mean there is no useful feedback to learn from!
There are many reasons why you are NOT getting all the feedback you need from others—from people not knowing how to give feedback, inarticulate customers or clients, indifference or lack of time. This, of course, is disappointing. But often there is more feedback than we realize—the results of our actions and inactions—we just aren’t paying attention to feedback that exists because of our issues. So don’t blame others for not giving you feedback, start paying attention to the feedback that is available and you likely are missing.
